Ukraine begins mass production of Atlet armored vehicles

The Ukroboronprom State Concern has begun mass production of Atlet armored recovery vehicles, which will significantly increase the technical capabilities of the Ukrainian army.

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko reported this on his Facebook page.

The head of state noted that these armored repair and evacuation vehicles are intended to provide technical support to tank units and will significantly increase their combat readiness.

Poroshenko added that the Atlet vehicles have significant export potential, which will help additionally load the production capacities of the Kharkiv Design Bureau after the implementation of the state defense order by Ukroboronprom.
